"At times I’ve been on medication for my depression but I always thought it turned me into a zombie. The problem with depression meds is that they even us out. You don’t feel the lows, but you also don’t feel the joys in life. As I’ve gotten older, you just realize life is tough and there is no need to start making a ticker about how much crap you’ve had to live through, because there will only be more. But there will also be moments of joy."
